Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BRG) has advised that a take-over bid circular was received from Ansa McAL Limited on August 31, 2017. As per the circular, an offer was made for all the shares of the minority shareholders of BRG at a cash price of J$10.88 or USD$0.08485 per ordinary share. The offer opened on September 7, 2017 and will close on September 28, 2017 unless the closing date is extended by notice.
