Advisory Services

Line of Credit

A credit facility that is extended for a maximum of two years (with the option to renew) to clients and will allow the client to draw on the facility when the funds are needed. The line of credit facility can be secured or unsecured and is denominated in both USD and JMD.

Corporate/ Retail Loans

Short to medium-term lending facility with agreed terms and conditions for repayment. Loans are denominated in both USD and JMD, and interest is calculated on the reduced balance. Loans are collateralized by securities acceptable to Mayberry Investments (Property, Motor Vehicle, Cash, etc.).

Margin Loan Facility

A loan facility secured by a client's marginable securities, typically equities and bonds, offering flexible repayment terms and no minimum borrowing requirement. Marginable securities and initial margin per security are defined in MIL's policy.
