C2W Music Limited (MUSIC) has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at the Jamaica Stock Exchange, 40 Harbour Street, Kingston on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 commencing at 12 noon to discuss the following business:

‘C2W Music Limited has advised that a resolution was passed at a meeting of the Board of Directors on March 19, 2018 approving a Rescue operation to be implemented by Stocks and Securities Limited. Effective June 5, 2018, the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Commission granted waivers of the requirement to make a mandatory offer to all the participating voting shareholders to the Rescuer, pursuant to Part 6 – Paragraph 2(t) (iii) of the JSE Junior Market Rules and Regulation 26 of the Securities (Takeover and Mergers) Regulations.’
