Special Advisory: Wisynco Group Limited (WISYNCO)

Wisynco Group Limited (WISYNCO) has advised that as a result of an equity investment in Worthy Park Estate Limited by its parent company, the Company has negotiated a five (5) year exclusive distribution agreement with Worthy Park Estate Limited (WPEL) for the distribution of WPEL’s spirits and sugar.

The distribution of WPEL’s spirits will commence on November 1, 2018 and will include the ‘Rum-Bar’ and Worthy Park Estate brands of spirits. The distribution of WPEL’s sugar will commence on January 1, 2019 at the start of the new sugar crop.
