Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0024 per share was declared at a Board meeting held on February 8, 2019. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.3246 per share. The dividend will be paid on March 8, 2019 to all ordinary shareholders on record as at February 22, 2019.  The ex-dividend date is February 21, 2019.
