Special Advisory: Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS)

Jamaica  Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited have successfully raised US$180 million via two bond offers and syndicated loan for the Company. JPS has further advised that the proceeds of the raise will go towards refinancing one of the Company’s existing debt.
