Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) has advised that 205,058 SJ shares held under the Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) of the Company were transferred to Sagicor Employees and Executives during the period March 20 to 22, 2019.The aforementioned advisory supersedes the following notice published on March 28, 2019:

“SJ has advised that two Senior Managers purchased a total of 168,058 SJ shares and that two connected parties sold a total of 205,058 SJ shares. These transactions were conducted during the period March 20 to 22, 2019.”
