Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that a dividend payment of US$0.0028 per share was declared at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on July 26, 2019. Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.3832 per share. This dividend will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record as at August 13, 2019 and will be paid on August 27, 2019. The ex-dividend date is August 12, 2019.
