Sygnus Credit Investment Limited (SCI) has advised that Mr. Walter Scott has resigned from the Board of Directors of Sygnus Capital Limited and Sygnus Capital Management Limited effective September 30, 2019. SCI also advised that Mr. Milton Brady, an existing Director, has been appointed Chairman of the Boards with effect from October 1, 2019.
