Sygnus Credit Investments limited (SCI) has advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10:30 a.m. on November 27, 2019 at the Cnr. Flamboyant Drive & Almond Road, Rodney Bay Village, Gros Islet, St Lucia. SCI has also advised that Ms Nakita Edwards tendered her resignation as a Director of the Company effective October 25, 2019. Ms. Edwards was also the Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee.
SCI has further advised that the resignation of Ms. Edwards, a member of the audit committee, was not due to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or the member’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board
