Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that its Board of Directors has considered and approved the declaration of dividends for:

Preference Shares B, C, D and E payable on October 1, 2020 to shareholders on record at the close of business on September 15, 2020. The ex-dividend date is September 14, 2020; and

Preference Shares F payable on August 21, 2020 to shareholders on record at the close of business on August 10, 2020. The ex-dividend date is August 7, 2020.

The dividend payments will be as follows:

7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” – $0.035 per share
5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” – $0.025 per share
5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” – $0.025 per share
6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” – $0.03 per share

9.5% Cumulative Preference Shares “F” – US$0.47630136983 per share.
