Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) has advised that on August 31, 2020, the Company filed in the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica (the Court) an urgent application against the Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority (JACRA) for, among other things, leave to apply for judicial review to seek orders of certiorari and mandamus for the decision taken by JACRA. SALF has further advised that the hearing date for the application has been fixed by the Court for September 3, 2020 at 10:00 am.
