Barita Investments Limited (BIL) has advised that the Invitation for subscription for up to 173,733,220 New Ordinary Shares (with the ability to upsize) in the capital of the Company, made subject to the Prospectus dated July 30, 2020 (the “Prospectus”), will close on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at 4:00 p.m.(the “APO”). The Company has further advised that the Invitation has been oversubscribed and will not be extended. The Company will be exercising its right, pursuant to the Prospectus, to “upsize” the APO. Further details with respect to the upsizing will be provided on or before Friday, September 18, 2020. Applicants for New Ordinary Shares in the APO will be advised of the basis of allotment on Monday, September 21, 2020.
