Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised that Mr. Francisco Aguilera Mendoza will replace Mr. Jose Luis Seijo Gonzalez as Chief Executive Officer of Trinidad Cement Limited, the majority shareholder of CCC, effective December 1, 2020. Mr. Aguilera Mendoza currently serves as Deputy Chairman and is a member of the Board of Directors and will continue to serve in that capacity. Mr. Seijo Gonzalez held the position of Chief Executive Officer since May 4, 2015 and will take up a promotion within the group of companies that form part CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V.
