PanJam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that on December 23, 2020, a Director was issued an additional 695 PJAM shares in lieu of directors’ fees for the 4th quarter of 2020. PJAM has also advised that a connected party purchased 15,000 PJAM shares on December 23, 2020.
