GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that Mr. Everton McDonald, Director of GraceKennedy Limited and Chairman of the Audit Committee retired from the Board on May 26, 2021. As previously advised, Mr. Peter Williams, Director of GraceKennedy Limited since April 1, 2021 and retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from May 26, 2021.
