SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has advised that on April 23, 2020, the Company released the notice “Peart Reacquires Majority Ownership of Bluedot” to the market. The agreement was expected to be closed on the June 30, 2021 upon finalisation of all payments and transfer of shares however the purchaser is now in breach of the contract. SSLVC has also stated that no further information can be disclosed at this time as it is now a legal matter. The Company has advised that the market will be made aware of any further updates through future releases
