PULSE Investments Limited (PULS) has advised that effective November 15, 2021, Mrs. Lois Cecelia Sherwood has been appointed the first Director Emerita of the Company. As Director Emerita, Mrs. Sherwood would no longer be a voting member of the Board but will be at liberty to attend and participate in Board meetings, Annual General Meetings and other official functions of the Company.
