- The Trustee of the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan sold 7,000 SJ shares on June 17, 2022. This trade is pursuant to the SLJ Employee Share Purchase Plan rules for eligible team members.
- Executives sold a total of 1,168,326 SJ shares during the period June 22 to 27, 2022.
- An executive was issued Stock Grants of 9,622 SJ shares on June 22, 2022, under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan.
- The Trustee of Sagicor Long-Term Incentive Plan sold 18,027 SJ shares and 42,374 SJ shares to two executives on June 22, 2022 respectively. The trades relate to the exercise of stock options pursuant to the Executive Stock Option Plan.
