GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised of the resignation of Mrs. Patsy Latchman-Atterbury as Managing Director of GK Capital Management Limited and consequently from the Board of Directors of GK Capital Management Limited, effective May 22, 2024. Mr. Kareem Tomlinson has been appointed as Managing Director of GK Capital Management Limited and as a Director of the Company, effective May 22, 2024.
