EduFocal Limited (LEARN) has advised that effective March 1, 2024, Tania Waldron-Gooden resigned from her role as Mentor. Her resignation as Mentor is due to personal reasons and is not related to any disagreements with the company’s operations, policies, or procedures. LEARN has further advised of the appointment of Mr. Herbert Hall as the new Mentor, effective May 28, 2024.
