Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has advised that Ms. Tricia Nicholas has tendered her resignation effective May 30, 2024, as Nominated Officer. DOLLA has further advised that Mr. Chad Wynter, who currently serves as Head of Legal, Governance and Compliance, has been appointed as DOLLA’s Nominated Officer subject to the Bank of Jamaica’s fit and proper assessment.
