Main Event Entertainment Group Limited: Applications Received
Kingston, Jamaica:

The invitation for subscription in respect of 60,001,000 Ordinary Shares (the “Shares”) at the price of J$2 per Share (the "Invitation") made subject to a prospectus (the "Company") dated 17 January 2017 closed on the Opening Date, Tuesday 24 January at 9:00:58 a.m. due to oversubscription.
A total number of 1,033 applications for Shares valued at approximately J$673 million were received.

The Company will advise Applicants of the basis of allotment of the Shares by Thursday 26 January 2017, in accordance with the Junior Market Rules of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. The Company has made application to list the Shares on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange but makes no guarantee that the Shares will be so listed.
