Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised that its Board of Directors, at a Board Meeting held on May 19, 2025, recommended a dividend payment of JA$2.0979 per share. The record date is July 28, 2025, and the proposed payment date is September 16, 2025. The ex-dividend date is July 28, 2025. CCC has further advised that this dividend recommendation will be made to shareholders at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting slated for July 11, 2025.
