Edufocal Limited (LEARN) has advised that effective June 26, 2025, Mr. Mark Pike and Mrs. Olivia Cream have been appointed to the Board of Directors. Both individuals will serve on the Company’s Renumeration Committee, with Mrs. Cream appointed as Chairperson.
LEARN has advised that these changes are not related to any disagreement concerning accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, access to financial information, director or officer remuneration, or any aspect of the Company’s governance or financial reporting framework. There are also no differences regarding the Company’s strategic direction.
