Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that the following Resolution was passed by its Board of Directors on July 28, 2025:

• BE IT RESOLVED that Jamaican Teas Limited (the Company) shall on September 4, 2025 pay, or cause to be paid, a capital distribution from the sums standing to the credit of the Company’s Capital Reserves, to the Company’s shareholders of record on August 12, 2025, in the amount of two (2) cents per ordinary share or Forty Three Million Five Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Six Hundred and Seven Dollars and Fifty Four Cents Jamaican Currency (J$43,593,607.54) in aggregate.

• JAMT has further advised that this Resolution cancels and supersedes the Resolution of July 25, 2025 which contained an incorrect record date relating to this distribution.
