Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) – Notice of Closure for its Public Bond Offering

January 9, 2026

Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) announces that its Public Bond Offering made subject to a bond prospectus date October 7, 2025, closed on January 9, 2026 at 4:30pm.

The Basis of Allotment for these Public Bonds will be published on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website at www.jamstockex.com within the next seven (7) business days.

Dolla and Mayberry Investments Limited wish to thank all Applicants that participated in the Public Bonds and to congratulate all stakeholders that have been crucial in making this Bond offering a success.
