Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited (KNTYR) has advised of the following leadership changes:

• Adrian Smith has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, effective April 1, 2026.
• Shameel Brown has been appointed Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer, effective April 20, 2026. KNTYR has further advised that in this role, Ms. Brown will serve as Company Secretary, lead the Company’s communications strategy and head the Kintyre Holdings Foundation.
• Jahmar Clarke has resigned from his role as Company Secretary, effective April 20, 2026. KNTYR has further advised that Mr. Clarke will continue to serve as an Advisor and Legal Representative to Kintyre Holdings and its subsidiaries.
• Jasmin Asan has resigned from her role as Chief Business Officer, effective March 31, 2026. KNTYR has further advised that the role will be temporarily filled by Tristan Wiliams who was recently appointed Commercial Director for Visual Vibe.
