Knutsford Express Services Limited (KEX) has advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting has been scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Caribic Vacations Limited, 1310 Providence Drive, Ironshore, Whitesands Beach, Montego Bay for the purpose of transacting the following business:

(1) “That each ordinary share of the company be subdivided into five shares resulting in the Authorized Share Capital of the company increasing from 100,005,000 shares to 500,025,000 shares of no par value, and the issued and fully paid stated capital of the company increasing from 100,000,003 shares to 500,000,015 shares of no par value.”

(2) “That all the issued and fully paid shares of the company be converted into stock.”
