Wisynco Group Limited (WISYNCO) for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, reported a 14% increase in Revenue totalling $65.35 billion compared to $57.27 billion in the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the fourth quarter increased by 19% to $17.51 billion compared to $14.68 billion for the comparable quarter of 2025.
Cost of Sales amounted to $42.86 billion (2025: $37.75 billion), representing an increase of 14% year over year. Consequently, Gross Profit increased by 15% to $22.49 billion compared to $19.52 billion for the twelve months ended June 30, 2025. Gross Profit for the fourth quarter amounted to $6.04 billion, compared to $5.00 billion reported for the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Other Operating Income decreased by 18% to $173.07 million from $211.91 million in 2025. Selling and Distribution Expenses increased by 15% to $14.03 billion from $12.16 billion in the prior year, while Administration Expenses increased by 19% to $2.77 billion from $2.32 billion. As a result, total Selling, Distribution and Administration Expenses amounted to $16.80 billion, representing a 16% increase relative to $14.48 billion reported in 2025.
Operating Profit for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to $5.87 billion, representing a 12% increase from $5.25 billion reported in 2025. For the fourth quarter, Operating Profit amounted to $1.29 billion, compared to $1.22 billion in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Finance Income increased by 7% to $531.26 million from $497.26 million in 2025, while Finance Costs increased to $847.57 million from $242.45 million in the prior year. Consequently, the Group recorded a Net Finance Cost of $316.31 million, compared to Net Finance Income of $254.82 million in 2025. The company also reported Share of Results of Associates of $87.16 million, compared to a loss of $1.93 million in 2025.
Profit Before Taxation for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to $5.64 billion, representing a 2% increase from $5.51 billion reported in 2025. For the fourth quarter, Profit Before Taxation amounted to $1.18 billion, compared to $1.23 billion in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Taxation increased by 39% to $1.51 billion compared to $1.09 billion in 2025. Consequently, Net Profit for the twelve months amounted to $4.12 billion, representing a 7% decrease from $4.41 billion reported in the prior year. For the fourth quarter, Net Profit amounted to $516.72 million, compared to $955.84 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Total Comprehensive Income amounted to $4.20 billion, compared to $4.40 billion in 2025. Net Profit and Comprehensive Income were solely attributable to the company’s equity holders.
Consequently, Basic Earnings Per Stock Unit for the twelve months amounted to $1.10 compared to $1.17 in 2025. Earnings Per Share for the fourth quarter amounted to approximately $0.14 compared to $0.25 for the corresponding quarter of 2025. The weighted average number of ordinary stock units used in the basic EPS calculation was 3,764,189,000.
Notably, WISYNCO’s stock price closed the trading period on August 28, 2026, at $19.88 with a P/E ratio of approximately 18.34x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s Total Assets amounted to $47.30 billion at June 30, 2026, representing an 8% increase from $43.79 billion in 2025. The increase was mainly driven by Investment in Associates, which rose to $2.98 billion from $376.57 million, largely reflecting the Group’s acquisition of a 30% interest in Ringtail Holdings Limited. Non-Current Investment Securities also increased to $3.96 billion from $2.05 billion, while Inventories rose to $8.53 billion from $7.14 billion.
Shareholders’ Equity increased to $30.21 billion from $27.61 billion in 2025, representing a book value per share of approximately $7.94 based on the year-end share count, compared to approximately $7.26 in the prior year.
