R.A. Williams Distributors Limited (RAWILL) for the first quarter ended July 31, 2026 reported a 28% increase in Revenue totalling $534.15 million compared to $417.02 million in the corresponding three months last year. Management noted that the quarter reflected strong top-line expansion and a return to profitability, supported by operational efficiency and disciplined margin management.

Operating Profit for the three months amounted to $59.81 million, representing a 294% increase from $15.16 million reported in 2025. Other Income declined by 4% to $16,322 compared to $17,044 in the prior year.
Finance Costs decreased by 30% to $11.91 million compared to $17.09 million in 2025. Consequently, the company reported Profit Before Taxation of $47.92 million, compared to a Loss Before Taxation of $1.91 million in the corresponding period last year.
No taxation charge was recorded for the period. As a result, Net Profit, being Total Comprehensive Income for the period, amounted to $47.92 million, compared to a Net Loss of $1.91 million in 2025.
Consequently, Earnings Per Share for the first quarter amounted to $0.02 compared to a Loss Per Share of approximately $0.001 in 2025. The twelve-month trailing EPS was approximately $0.03, and the number of shares used in these calculations was 2,000,000,000.
Notably, RAWILL’s stock price closed the trading period on September 11, 2026 at $0.38. Using the twelve-month trailing EPS of approximately $0.03, this represents a P/E ratio of approximately 11.39x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s Total Assets amounted to $1.51 billion at July 31, 2026, representing an 8% decrease from $1.65 billion in 2025.
