Fontana Limited (FTNA) for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026 reported a 12% increase in Revenues totaling $10.70 billion compared to $9.52 billion in the corresponding period last year.
Cost of Sales amounted to $6.68 billion (2025: $5.90 billion), this represents an increase of 13% year over year. Consequently, gross profit increased by 11% to $4.02 billion compared to $3.62 billion for the twelve months ended June 30, 2025.

Operating Profit for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, amounted to $657.95 million, a 15% decrease relative to $776.22 million reported in 2025. Other income rose 36% to $218.22 million (2025: $159.94 million). Finance and Policy Costs totaled $280.89 million, a 13% increase from the corresponding period last year (2025: $249.57 million).
Profit before Taxation for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, amounted to $595.28 million, a 13% decrease relative to $686.59 million reported in 2025.
The tax charge incurred for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026 amounted to $87.48 million, a 15% decrease relative to $103.50 million reported in 2025. As a result, Net Profit for the twelve months amounted to $507.80 million, a 13% decrease from the $583.09 million reported in 2025.
Consequently, Earnings Per Share for the twelve months amounted to $0.41 (2025: EPS: $0.47). The twelve-month trailing EPS was $0.41 and the number of shares used in these calculations was 1,249,374,825.
Notably, FTNA’s stock price closed the trading period on September 11, 2026, at a price of $6.37 with a corresponding P/E ratio of 15.67x.
Balance Sheet Highlights
The company’s assets totaled $6.61 billion (2025: $6.88 billion). The movement in total assets was primarily due to a 17% decrease in ‘Right of use assets’ amounting to $635.54 million (2025: $768.36 million), an 8% decrease in ‘Intangible assets’ amounting to $805.45 million (2025: $873.18 million) reflecting amortization of the Monarch-acquired intangibles, and an 8% decline in ‘Cash and cash equivalents’ to $1.47 billion (2025: $1.60 billion); these were partly offset by a 29% increase in ‘Trade and other receivables’ to $295.88 million (2025: $229.80 million).
Shareholder’s equity was $3.06 billion (2025: $2.87 billion), representing a book value per share of $2.45 (2025: $2.29).
