Productive Business Solutions Limited (PBS) has advised that PwC Corporate Services Limited with address at Erin Court, Bishop’s Court Hill, St. Michael, Barbados ceased to hold office as Secretary of PBS and that Mrs. Lois A.K. Denny has been appointed in its stead.
