Mrs. Akin will be succeeded by the current Group Senior Legal Counsel, Mrs. Gail Moss-Solomon (2) Mr. Michael Ranglin will renounce his role as member of the GK Executive Committee as of January 1, 2017, but will continue as Executive Chairman of GK Properties (3) Debra Dodd, Chief Audit Executive, has been appointed to the role of Divisional Chief Financial Officer GK Foods effective April 1, 2017 (4) Mr. Radcliffe Daley, Senior Audit Manager, has been appointed to act as Chief Audit Executive effective April 1, 2017 (5) Steven Whittingham, Chief Investment Officer, GK Group and Managing Director of GK Capital Management Limited will head the Strategy, Investment and Corporate Planning Unit effective January 1, 2017 and (6) Mrs. Grace Burnett’s role as CEO, GraceKennedy Financial Group Limited, has been expanded to include oversight of GraceKennedy Money Service effective January 1, 2017.
