Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) has advised that Mr. Garfield Edwards has reigned from his position as Financial Controller of the Company with effect November 30, 2019.
SALF further advised that Mr. Edwards’s choice to resign from his position was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company or its Audit Committee with respect to accounting principles or practices, financial statements disclosure or any other material issue connected with the audited that is presently ongoing at the Company.
SALF has also advised that the Company has considered internally and has appointed Mr. Zayous Hamilton to act in the position as Financial Controller of the Company with effect November 30, 2019 until the position is filled.
