Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BRG) has advised that at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on July 28, 2017:

1. a resolution was passed to change its existing accounting year end from March 31 to December 31 to coincide with that of its parent company, Ansa McCAL as this will provide uniformity for financial reporting purposes. This proposed change is to take effect as at December 31, 2017.
2. the following resolutions were passed effective immediately:
