Berger Paints Jamaica Limited (BRG) has announced that it had received an Offer Document from Ansa Coatings International Limited addressed to all shareholders of BRG offering to purchase all of their shares in BRG.
The Offer opens on September 7, 2017 and closes on September 28, 2017 unless the closing date is extended by notice.
The Directors of BRG are now studying the Offer document and will obtain advice on the reasonableness of the Offer before making a recommendation which, along with the Offer Documents, will be published in the press and sent by post to all shareholders.
