Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that at a Board meeting held on July 26, 2017 the Directors approved a resolution to recommend to the members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled for September 6, 2017 the Articles of Incorporation of the Company for adoption, as replacement and substitution for the existing Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company.
