Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised that Alejandro Vares has resigned as Director from the Boards of CCC and its sudsidiaries effective October 5, 2017. CCC further advised that Mr. Vares’ resignation was not due to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices or financial statement disclosure or any material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
