Ciboney Group Limited (CBNY) has advised that at their Board of Directors’ meeting held on February 1, 2018, the following Resolution was passed: “That a capital distribution of 34 cents ($0.34) per stock unit (less transfer tax) be paid on March 9, 2018 to all shareholders on record at the close of business on February 16, 2018″. CBNY further advised that an Annual General Meeting will be held on April 10, 2018, to have this ratified.
