Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) previously advised that its Board of Directors at a meeting held on May 26th, 2022, recommended the presentation of an ordinary resolution to Shareholders, to declare a final dividend of $1.5032 per share payable on August 15th, 2022, with a proposed record date of August 4th 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 3rd. This dividend recommendation shall be made to shareholders at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting. The proposed ‘payable’ date of August 15th 2022, has been revised to September 9th 2022.
