PanJam Investment Limited (PJAM) has advised that the Board of Directors of PJAM, at its Board meeting held on August 12, 2019, adopted a resolution to declare a third interim dividend for the year 2019 in the amount of 26.5 cents per stock unit payable on September 17, 2019 to stockholders on record as at the close of business on August 27, 2019. The ex-dividend date is August 26, 2019.
