Elite Diagnostic Limited (ELITE)  has advised that further to the Company’s previous announcements regarding an interim dividend payable on August 5, 2021, the Company will not be able to meet this timeframe. ELITE has further advised that the internal processes needed to handle this exercise are not expected to be completed in time. In light of this, the Board of ELITE has agreed to adjust the payment date from August 5, 2021 to October 5, 2021. The dividend will be payable to shareholders on record as at August 5, 202
