Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) Declared quarterly dividends payable on March 31, 2017 to shareholders on record as at March 15, 2017 on the undermentioned classes of Preference Shares:
(a) 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” – $0.035
(b) 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” – $0.025
(c) 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” – $0.025
(d) 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” – $0.03
The ex-dividend date is March 13, 2017. JPS further advised that at a Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled for February 27, 2017 a dividend payment to its 9.5% preference shareholders will be considered.
