Proven Investments Limited (ProvenJA) has advised that at the Board Meeting held on February 9, 2017, a dividend payment of US$0.0015 per share was declared.  Ordinary shareholders who have requested payment in Jamaican Dollars will receive the equivalent of JA$0.1914 per share.  The dividend payment will be made to all ordinary shareholders on record on February 23, 2017 and will be paid on March 10, 2017.  The ex-dividend date is February 21, 2017.
