Jetcon Corporation Limited (JETCON) has advised that at a Board of Directors` meeting held on January 28, 2017 the matters of a Dividend payment and a stock split were decided: (1) The Board approved the payment of an interim dividend of $0.07 cents per share and (2) The Board also agreed to recommend to a meeting of the shareholders an undertaking of a 3 for 1 stock split, moving the share capital from 194,500,000 shares to 583,500,000 shares. JETCON further advised that the relevant dates for the dividend and stock split will be communicated by February 9th, 2017.
