Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) had advised that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, September 8, 2023, shareholders approved a Resolution that a final dividend of JM$1.8976 per share be and is hereby declared payable out of the profits of the Company in respect of the year under review on October 6, 2023, with a record date of August 24, 2023, and with an ex-dividend date of August 23, 2023.
