Caribbean Cement Company Limited (CCC) has advised that its Board of Directors at a meeting held on May 26, 2022, recommended to present an ordinary resolution to Shareholders to declare a final dividend of $1.5032 per share payable on August 15, 2022, with a proposed record date of August 4, 2022 and an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2022. This dividend recommendation shall be made to shareholders at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting.
