Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 2, 2022, the Directors declared an interim dividend of $0.23 per stock unit to be paid on July 5, 2022, to stockholders on record as of June 17, 2022. The ex-dividend date is June 16, 2022.
