Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 25, 2018 the Directors declared an interim dividend of $0.21 per stock unit to be paid out of accumulated profits on June 28, 2018 to stockholders as shown on the Register of Members as at June 11, 2018. The ex-dividend date is June 8, 2018.
